The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 and The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, or the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 or the Fire Safety Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020 requires management to ensure that competent persons carry out regular fire risk assessments, responds to deviations discovered and keeps records of the fire risk assessments.
This course has been designed for health and safety professionals nominated as fire safety co-ordinators on construction sites or in offices.
