The Confined Spaces Regulations 1997, enforced under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, mandates that employers assess and control risks associated with confined space entry to prevent accidents and fatalities.

Course Objectives
This Confined Space Awareness Training Course provides essential knowledge on hazard identification, risk assessment, safe entry procedures, and emergency response planning, following HSE guidance (L101 – Safe Work in Confined Spaces). Participants will learn how to recognise confined space hazards, implement control measures, and ensure compliance with UK safety standards.
Please note: This course does not cover confined space entry or include use of any breathing apparatus.
